What does Modulus do?
Modulus is a financial technology and software engineering firm. Since 1997 we've built, modernized, rebuilt, and rescued trading platforms, exchanges, broker tools, order-management and market-data infrastructure, developer libraries, and AI/HPC systems for banks, brokerages, exchanges, funds, and trading firms worldwide.
Will you accept requirements or RFPs generated by AI?
Absolutely. If your team drafted requirements, specs, or an RFP with AI, send them over, we speak that language. We'll turn AI-generated requirements into a real, correctly-architected system, and our outputs include skill files, MCP servers, architecture, and source code that drop into your developers' AI workflow.
Do you work with our existing developers, or only end-to-end?
Both. We're a developer-centric company. We can deliver a complete, turnkey solution, or work right alongside your in-house team, augmenting them, unblocking them when their AI gets stuck, and handing over clean, documented, licensed code.
Do we get the source code?
Yes. Full source-code access is standard, under a clear license with known provenance. You can audit and extend everything we deliver, no orphan code of unknown origin, no reliance on an unreliable white-label provider, and no lock-in.
Which asset classes do you support?
Equities, options, futures, forex, fixed income, commodities, ETFs, indices, CFDs, and more. Our multi-asset exchange and trading platforms are designed to list and trade an unlimited range of instruments.
What about security with AI and MCP/agentic workflows?
Security is built in. Agentic and MCP-style workflows create real attack surfaces, prompt injection, credential theft, tool poisoning, malicious code execution, and privilege escalation. We apply secure coding practices, penetration testing, real-time monitoring, and defense-in-depth controls designed for these systems.
How fast can you deliver?
A bespoke project typically delivers in 90 days, more or less; a solution based on our SaaS products and ready-to-use framework components can launch in days. We move faster than traditional providers because we start from multi-million-line head start, not a blank page.
Do you offer white-label and custom hardware?
Yes, all of our products are inherently white label. Our Blueprint and Code Foundry AI-generated products are supplied with full source code, which may be customized to suite your needs and brand.
Do you provide support, SLAs, and maintenance?
Yes. Every engagement can be backed by a license, SLA, and maintenance agreement, with optional enhancements, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and 24/7 support from a human expert team.

Yes. Modulus technology is patented, issued, actively prosecuted, and cited by J.P. Morgan Chase, Nasdaq, Capital One, Citibank, Wells Fargo, MicroStrategy, IBM, and others. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to the relevant patents in the technology we deliver.
